Morning ClassesTuesday and Thursday mornings, there are Aikido classes from 7:00 to 8:00am. Dojo Closed Saturday Jan 26thAustin Aikikai will be closed on January 26 so that we can go down to the Oak Hill Aikido Dojo that day. Class at Oak Hill will be 9:30-10:30am (Shinkage) and 10:30am – 12:00pm (Aikido). We will get to practice all together with Oak Hill Aikido Members. More details to come on this. Thursday Evening YogaHello, Yogis! Heather Darden here, inviting you to a new yoga class here in Austin! Fundamentally Restorative Yoga is a class that focuses on yoga basics, allowing you to strengthen your knowledge about the ins and outs of each pose. After focusing on the basics, class winds down with Restorative Flow, deeply relaxing and restoring you as you near the end of your work week and look ahead to your weekend. It starts next Thursday, September 18th and will be on every Thursday. Class will start at 7:15 p.m. and go for an hour and 15 minutes (ending at 8:30 p.m.). Each class is $10 or you can buy a class pass for $80, which is good for 10 classes. All you need to bring is yourself, your mat, and a blanket or beach towel. Hot time training is where we designate 10 of the hottest days of the year to re-commit yourself to your aikido practice by practicing as many days as your schedule allows over those 10 days.
